This production draft explains what account and usage data CheatsGaming handles. It must be reviewed for the final hosting, analytics, and payment setup before launch.

Controller and scope

The controller is self-employed individual Markov Mikhail Anatolyevich, taxpayer ID 540444389081. This policy applies to cheatsgaming.com, registered accounts, the editorial service, and the separate /shop route.

Account information

Registration is available through Google or Discord OAuth. We may receive a provider account ID, display name, avatar, and verified email depending on the provider and the permissions shown during sign-in.

Email addresses and Discord user IDs or usernames are stored in separate profile fields. We do not merge them into one public identifier. Discord accounts without an available email may require an additional supported identity step before account creation can be completed.

Usage and security data

  • Session records, user agent, and IP address used for authentication security and abuse prevention.
  • Page path, article or section ID, referrer host, and coarse device family for first-party analytics.
  • A daily salted hash rather than a permanent raw IP identifier for editorial page-view analytics.
  • Administrative audit records for publication, moderation, and account changes.

Purpose, basis, and retention

We use data to provide requested accounts, secure the service, moderate abuse, understand article performance, meet legal obligations, and operate an eventual shop. Applicable legal bases may include contract, consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interests, depending on the activity and jurisdiction.

Retention periods should be no longer than needed for those purposes. Account, analytics, security, and commerce schedules will be finalized with the production providers and documented here before public launch.

Processors and transfers

Hosting, database, object storage, OAuth, analytics, email, and payment providers may process data for CheatsGaming under their own security and location arrangements. The final provider list and cross-border transfer safeguards must be published before launch.
