Secure checkout

CheatsGaming creates each Crypto Bot or Telegram Stars invoice on the server from the product and access plan stored in our database. The browser cannot submit or override the price. Before payment, the product page identifies the product, access period, final amount, delivery method, support route, and applicable refund terms.

Payment data

• Crypto Bot presents the supported cryptocurrencies and payment instructions on its own invoice page.
• Telegram presents Stars invoices inside Telegram. Digital goods purchased through the CheatsGaming bot are charged only in Telegram Stars.
• CheatsGaming never asks for a wallet seed phrase, private key, Telegram password, or one-time login code.
• We store the order reference, selected product and plan, invoice identifier, quoted amount, currency, status, and the asset amount reported after payment.
• A payment is marked paid only after a Crypto Pay notification passes its HMAC-SHA-256 signature check and matches the stored invoice payload, amount, currency, and order.
• A Telegram Stars payment is marked paid only after Telegram sends a successful payment update through the secret-protected bot webhook and its payload, payer, currency and total match the stored order.

Order confirmation and delivery

Every checkout attempt receives a unique order reference before an invoice is created. Repeated webhook deliveries are processed idempotently, so the same invoice cannot confirm the order twice.

An encrypted license key for the selected plan is reserved when the invoice is created. Its plaintext is revealed only to the signed-in buyer after a valid payment notification marks the order paid and the key delivered. Administrators can recover a failed delivery without viewing the key.

Keep the order reference when contacting support. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, Telegram password, account password, or one-time verification code by email or chat.

Billing, refunds and support

The refund summary shown on each product page applies to that purchase and is available before checkout. For an incorrect status, delivery issue, duplicate payment, or refund question, contact [email protected] with the order reference and the signed-in account email.
