This time, though, the list is all about legit cheats. If the term is new to you, “legit cheats” are designed for playing against people who are not cheating, and they work just the way everyone pictures. There is also “semirage,” a cheat style you can use in matches against other cheaters. And then you have “rage” projects made for HvH (Hack vs. Hack) — meaning one cheater facing off against another. For that reason, rage projects do not care about bypassing VAC or keeping user accounts secure.
Enough of the intro — on to the ranking
1. Cluster — cluster.center
Good old Cluster, unchanged — a project I really, really love. In their legit cs2 cheat, their core functionality gets polished to the highest standard possible. Cluster puts most of its effort into VAC protection and the aimbot; a humanizer is built in that guards you both against a VAC ban and against VACLive — which other cheats at the top cannot claim. When it comes to security, nobody beats Cluster, so first place goes to it, fully deserved.

Chances are this name means nothing to you. To be honest, the distance between first place and second place is huge — Predator is nowhere near Cluster in quality — yet a few things about it won me over.
Here is what it does well:
1. Its core functionality works without issues.
2. No Predator user has been banned so far, although I cannot vouch for how secure it is.
3. The interface is fine. All in all, it is easy to use.
What I dislike is the price and the stability. Beyond the core functionality, it has a decent design and a few nice-looking visual effects, which still perform really badly.
3. Vredux
One more “legit” cheat I am not a big fan of, though it still beats most of the competition. Compared with Predator, the only change is that the extra features — so unstable in Predator — were cut out completely, which leaves me little to comment on.
No list of upsides here; I will only note that, to my knowledge, nobody knows anything about its VAC protection, while this cheat’s users get hit with VACLive bans quite often (that is not as harmful to an account as it sounds — a VACLive ban differs from a VAC ban).
4. Xone
All in all, players like this cheat a lot, mostly because it is easy to get and decent; still, I see it as a reasonable pick only when you do not care about your account. Thanks to careless developers, Xone once got swept up in a VAC ban wave, and its reputation never recovered. I would not suggest using this software in the game, although it has a few upsides:
- The design is decent and user-friendly; you can customize everything, even though it is far from pretty.
- Core features work reliably.
- The price is low.
Still, let me stress this: if you care about your account, go for something more dependable, like Cluster (yes, I am a big fan).
5. Nixware
Nixware ends up in last place because the thing is completely unstable, and VACLive bans hit its users all the time.
It costs way too much just because it has existed for ages and is mostly remembered as the reseller of the OneTap crack during the CS:GO era.
