However, today I’d like to focus specifically on external cheats. If you’re not familiar with the term, an “external” cheat is one that doesn’t modify the game’s memory but instead runs on top of it. This type of cheat only reads the game’s memory, and its menu runs on top of the game, so these cheats are often safer than internal ones. However, a well-made internal cheat can be just as safe as an external one and combine a huge number of features.
As you can see, because of this, external cheats are limited in functionality and may run less stably than internal ones, but there are people who prefer external cheats. Let’s get started with the top picks
1. Cluster (cluster.center)
Cluster’s CS2 cheat is generally the most popular, reliable, and affordable among all the ones in this list.

That’s about it. In my opinion, this cheat is overpriced — it costs more than it should and has a design that’s very hard on the eyes.
3. Xone
Xone is quite popular, but it’s infamous for having been detected, and all its users were banned by VAC due to a very silly mistake by the developers; they never really recovered from that. Overall, I don’t have much to say about this cheat, except that it has a pretty decent design compared to Distort, for example, but in my opinion, Cluster looks better in terms of quality and value.
However, let’s briefly go over the pros:
- Decent design
- The basic set of features generally works reliably
But that’s about it — their website isn’t very user-friendly, but otherwise everything is fine
4. Pellix
This is also a fairly old cheat that offers well-designed core functionality at a reasonable price; however, I’ve placed it near the very bottom of the list solely because of its interface. The design is very clunky throughout — from the website to the in-game interface itself. Just setting it up is quite a challenge.
It has one advantage: the core functionality works pretty well — provided you manage to configure it.
5. Spurdo
With Spurdo the situation is completely the opposite. The cheat has a decent design, but its functionality is just terrible.
I really have nothing good to say about it: the aimbot is unstable, the wallhack works only half the time, and so on. So the only positive I can point out is that the design and interface are decent, though there’s still plenty of room for improvement.
